EVA - Enhanced Vaginal Anatomy | Sydney NSW

What is EVA?

EVA stands for Enhancement of Vaginal Anatomy and that is exactly what it does.  It uses gentle RF (radio frequency) energy applied internally to improve the condition of the lining of the vagina to correct dryness and itching and discomfort during intercourse, through to toning and strengthening the wall of the vagina and urethra to correct bladder leakage on coughing straining and exercise as well as firming up vaginal laxity (looseness) to enhance a feeling of comfort and security and to improve pleasure on intimacy. It is also applied externally to rejuvenate the appearance and improve the sensitivity and responsiveness of the labia and clitoris. EVA is the latest advance in RF technology using quadripolar instead of monopolar or bipolar technology.

Who is this treatment for?

  • Active woman who worry about some urine leakage on exercising such as at the gym or jogging, or when carrying, straining or even just coughing or sneezing.
  • Mums who experience some vaginal looseness or reduced pleasure on intimacy after having babies.
  • Older women experiencing vaginal dryness, itching, burning or pain on intimacy due to vaginal age changes.
  • Women who wish to reverse ageing changes of the external genitalia.

Is this a treatment you should have at a certain age?

Age is of no concern and treatments should be directed to any woman who experiences any of these symptoms regardless of age.

Is there any downtime?

The beauty of these treatments is that there is no downtime with post-treatment symptoms at all. Women can enjoy intimacy the same night and carry on with all usual activities.

What can I expect?

The treatment duration is 25 minutes to cover both the internal and external treatments. There is a sensation of gentle warmth during treatment and normal comfort afterwards. Improvement in symptoms such as bladder leakage or vaginal dryness is often noticed even after just one treatment. however, it is essential to complete the course to experience the best results you can get.

Is it an uncomfortable treatment?

The treatment is completely comfortable, there is a sensation of gentle warmth during the treatment but there should be no pain. For added reassurance, you will be holding a button that will switch off the treatment instantly if necessary, for example, if you feel it getting too hot.

Is this treatment safe?

This is one of the safest treatments you can have. There is a possibility of overheating or burning in rare instances but there is a safety cut-off mechanism built into the system to prevent this from happening. In addition, you will be holding a cut-off button that you can switch off the treatment immediately if you feel it getting too hot.

How many treatments will I need?

Although many will feel improvement from the first treatment it is important that you complete the recommended course to get the best results you can and for a longer lasting benefit.
