The ultimate hookup… with yourself

Some days we just feel run down. When we are low in energy it affects how we manage in our day to day lives. To compensate we often give ourselves a ‘pick me up’, be it edible or something like a facial, but that only perks you up for a short time after (or ends as soon as you walk out the door, or throw the wrapper in the bin.)

Imagine then, spending 45 minutes with yourself and then feeling the benefits increase over the next few days and not just the next few hours! That’s what a vitamin, mineral and nutrient infusion is all about.

You can spend a fortune on vitamin supplements, but these take a long time to take effect, and 30% of the supplements we take orally get lost when they hit the hydrochloric acid in our stomachs. With the 70% left we can just hope that our body will absorb it and put it to use.

With a GMC infusion, you are directing the vitamins, minerals and nutrients straight into your bloodstream, which means all of it is available for your body to use immediately.

You’ll begin to feel the positive effects straight away, and after a couple of treatments, two to three weeks apart, you’ll feel like you have the energy of a kid again!

Why do we need additional supplements?

Even with a balanced diet, it is accepted that we no longer get all the vitamins and minerals required from our food. Crops cannot make minerals, they absorb them from the ground, and once that ground store is depleted from endless planting, then the minerals are simply not there.

Our bodies require the right mix of minerals and vitamins together, in order for our body to absorb and utilise them. Magnesium, for example, plays a huge part in helping us absorb calcium and vitamin D. If we eat sugar or cola drinks, drink caffeine or are stressed, then this can deplete our magnesium stores on our body putting us in a deficit, even if we do eat enough magnesium. And that’s just one mineral. My eye is twitching just thinking about it.

Who would benefit from a GMC Vitamin Infusion?

In short, everyone! You don’t just need to be hung over in order to feel the benefits of an infusion. In fact, the infusions have got a bit of bad press lately with young people booking in an infusion in advance to ward off the hangover that they intend to have from the night before.

Those of us who are more interested in feeling that spring in their step that the youth don’t appreciate until it’s gone, then this treatment is for you.

Imagine removing that brain fog, or reducing the effects of migraines – nausea, not feeling ‘like you’re here’, or if you are feeling stiff and tired.

It’s also a great way to give your immune system a boost before you take your next holiday. As typically this is when we tend to get sick, either because we finally stop to take a break and our body takes that as a sign to be able to restore itself, or because of the increase of contagions that travel exposes us to.

Brighter skin and reduced eczema and other skin conditions

We’ve discussed the internal effects of a GMC infusion, but of course, as we look after ourselves internally then this will reflect on our outer appearance. The right infusion can help reduce the symptoms of eczema or other skin conditions that can be exacerbated by an insufficient intake of nutrients. The other upside? Your skin will appear brighter and healthier as you treat it from the inside out.

We’d love to discuss how a GMC infusion can help you feel more energised and better equipped to take on your life, work or next holiday.
